I called customer service on Wednesday regarding my booking
And agent Mr Bilal told me after getting all information he will call
Me back in 10 minuts which never happen
Then i call again i called on Friday for checking of availability of seat
For same and agent told me no seat available for 30 dec 2013 from Dubai to Toronto and i need to call back on next monday but when I tried on sunday to check the status of my booking but there was message that this is invalid booking reference
I m wondering about the capability of emirates agents if they are capable of handling customer or he delete my data purposely i ask to emirates high ups to investigate this issue
