While going to Istanbul, we requested for a milk for Sarah but the crew Arwin was rude in providing milk and eventually he brought very late. His attitude towards request handling was not customer centric. Emirates airline is known for his services but this gentleman changed the perception of regular customers flying with Emirates Airlines
While coming back from Istanbul, we had requested for warm water and child meal which honestly got served extremely late, despite of crew bell, crew never responded unfortunately I had to stand up and stop a crew to furnish my request for warm water for my child. Secondly behavior of entire crew wasn't soft enough for making passenger comfortable during the flight. Last but not least, we were been requested to hand over the blankets before 45 minutes of landing, though we told the crew that the child feels cold and we can't remove the blanket from her, crew fail to understand the issue and was not any helpful for child health concern.

We left Dubai on emirates flight dated 29th November 2014 and came back on 5th December 2015 at terminal -3
To reverse our intentions and perception about emirates Air Line we want that emirates Air should redress our grievencies by compensating us to provide us free ticket for turkey two way as we have plan to visit turkey in March 2015
It was very bad experience while traveling by emirates Air we had other options as well at cheaper rates but we opted this Airline which was a very bad decision
I hope that ill receive positive response and acknowledgment by your esteemed Air Line , otherwise we will compel to spread out this incident and our experience traveling with emirates air , in the worlds largest and well circulated news papers
