Emirates has a rewards program for people like me who have purchased expensive plane tickets. They give you points which can be used to purchase a variety of items online.
Sounds nice if it worked. Forgetting that you can rarely find a way to utilize all your points without being charged for extras, they dont even deliver the product you have paid extra for. I still am waiting for a helpful response to my 6 messages asking its whereabouts. They are horrendous.
Did i mention that when flying their airline the entire side of the chair, armrest and wall completely fell off onto the floor and i had to fly for over 8 hours trying to put it together myself and hold it together?
They should advise travellers to pack a roll of duct tape. Just terrible.
