Lost luggage

My luggage was lost Jan 13,2024 in Hyderabad India, I m back to Canada it's Mar 08 I didn't receive it despite numerous successful attempts to contact. Customer service is very good to receive the calls and reply the emails but not to solve the problem.

My wife was travelling Dubai to Hyderabad India alone with my 14 months daughter. She had no hand Carrey only 4 kgs weight extra and she had no hand Carrey they can adjust but I was requesting she was requesting to staff but you know but staff was behaving like prince and princes they were laughing on our faces, we had small baby this pathetic horrible experience with the Emirates airline those were not staff of Emirates they were acting like they were bosses we had to face Cryshame Infront of everyone because of three staff managers George and counter staff Iram and there was one more guy was walking his name is ousinou, area checking 4.

I can't even explain in writing Crywhat bad experience with Emirates and with three bad staff Geor behaving like a owner of the airline.

My wife cried Infront of all.

I will share this bad bad bad experience everywhere on social media.

People should know what kind of staff Emirates airline have.

Emirates Airlines - The best airline. First class from nose to tail

This was our first flight with Emirates. And we will never fly with anyone else.

Our initial trip from Newark to Athens recently was beyond compare. The professionalism, the service, the elegance of the staff was astounding. On our return flight ek209 on November 5th, it even got better.

Saundra our flight attendant was so kind personable and attentive, providing a vegetarian meal for my wife who forgot to order one, generous with the excellent red wine and seeing to our every need.We felt like first class passengers. I cant imagine what the service must be like in your premium seating as this economy class was outstanding.

Only Emirates.

Missed flight

Hey I had really bad experience with Emirates and n future will never be using Emirates services. My wife forgot her PR card at security check. We did inform to the staff at gate about the situation and they provided us with 2 employees to find our card. It took couple mins to pick card and come back to gate but the lady at the counter told us the gates are closed.

Emirates airlines

They offboarded my flight for asking pain killer and have called for medical facility withoutmy Consent. I understand the emirates procedures and policies about the health of a passenger and proceeded for the physical test and I was promised that I will be taken care in terms ofy flight rebooking and food and Accomdation at the emirates service connections after physical fit test.

Now my test results have come showing that I am physically fit to fly and I have shown the same to representative at the service area and after an hour she mentioned that I need to come back after an hour to recheck for the booking and is asking me to rest at the rest areas.

When asked about Accomdation to sleep and food she says emirates is not responsible for anything g except the flight booking which is not yet done. This is not acceptable, we have obeyed the procedures and policies of emirates and emirates is not taking care of the customer as promised.

My luggage was missing from 6th September 2023 until now, still no news. Very frustrating!!! Emirates should compensate to me about the missing luggage. The customer service stop replying my message and keep me hanging with no answer, I think that is very irresponsible action! I want an answer now, I want Emirates to compensate my missing luggage!!!

Been charged A $ 700.00 for extra legroom which I didn't get. Trying to get my money back Emirates said it was a scam. Contacted my Bank and it was confirmed that the money went into Emirates Account !!! Emirates ask me to forward the correspondence I had which I did. Days later I get a email and Emirates said they don't support attachments ! Are they bloody kidding ! Like to get my hand on that person who is mucking me around !!

Sharing my experience to warn others not to use this company

I want to share my terrible experience with emirates flights from London to Bali return. Ive bought £1650 tickets each for me and my husband and paid extra for economy plus.

On the tickets its says free exchange, only pay the extra if the rate is different. Originally I was supposed to return on the 2th of August, when I tried to change it to other date, that have the same value the website was giving me a mistake every time. Ive tried like 20 times and it I didnt work, then I tried to call their customer service, which also doesnt work on weekends, so I had to wait till Monday. After spending hours trying to get through Ive decided to try and change the date for the flight that was £400 pounds extra.

And then website magically start working, charged me and change the date. It was very frustrating but its only the beginning.

So one day before my flight Ive tried to check in and, guess what? Website not working again. Tried to call - also was not able to get through.

So me and my husband arrived at the airport earlier to check in and weve been told that there are no seats together.

Im aero phobic and for me it was super stressful to spend 18 hours in the air without my husband, especially since we bought such an expensive tickets, with the company which supposed to be one of the best in the world. Oh and also they place on basic economy, even thought we paid for economy premium.

So I suggest to avoid this company, I personally would never use their services again.
