Emirates Airlines - Below standard service
My wife and I travelled for my daughter's wedding on EK 435/28 Jan AKL/DXB and EK406/12Feb DXB/AKL, and were seated on seats in zone C respectively. Coming from an airline industry for over 35 years, I found it very surprising that the crew on EK435 BNE/DXB actually left a basket of fruits on the exit door for three quarters of the journey from BNE/DXB.
The Australian crew that served us on seat 80D/EK435 BNE/DXB was very unfriendly.
after asking for a meal she said she did not have that, and after a while found one with another crew and literally threw the meal on my tray. Saying to her that I was from an airline industry, she very sarcastically asked why I did not travel on that particular airline????
Again on both legs of out trip to/from DXB we found that the back cabin often landed up with shortage of a particular meal.
Reason of review: Poor inflight service.
