I have traveled with Emirates (booking reference:H3HKK2) and had a horrible experience in August and September 2022. I made a complaint to them with the following reference number: LON/X/JU/101019/757**** regarding my experience on the trip and described the issues I experienced in great detail.
The airline was not empathetic towards the poor experience, overall service, and discomfort they had caused to me as a passenger.
They merely apologized and brushed me off. I am very disappointed and I was hoping after making a complaint, they would be more understanding and compassionate for the discomfort I experienced which was causd by them.
Unfortunately, they do not care and do not do anything to make things better. I will be strongly considering using other airlines after this experience.

I had booked 2 return tickets through Cheap O Air from Toronto to Mumbai in October 2019, we were scheduled to return to Toronto in April 2020 which didn't happen as all flights canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic and I kept on rescheduling my return journey until August 2020 which was also canceled. Ultimately We had to come back using another Airline as we had over stayed and our coming back to Toronto was very necessary.
We tried to call Emirates office in Canada and Cheap O Air through which the ticket was booked for refund/voucher for long time say until now but didn't get any response and when I approached to this site, I knew that my ticket is valid up to 05.08.2023 for journey from Mumbai to Toronto.
Please note that we have to travel back again to Mumbai in order to get it, can we expect a good deal? I request you to please send your reply to my email.

Missed Flight
I missed a flight due to a delay when travelling back from the Himalayas. The delay was beyond my control and I had no cell service and I missed my flight from Kathmandu to SFO returning to Kathmandu a day late.
I immediately rebooked full fare business flight for the day I returned. The agent at Emirates Air in Nepal was most helpful and said I might be able to get a refund due to the circumstances.
I sent an email request to Emirates and never heard back after receiving an automated response acknowledging my request. Several day later I call Emirates and they said they could not issue any refund other than the taxes, but the airfare and fuel surcharge were non-refundable. I was told had I canned one hour before my flight that I could have made changes.
I explained that I had no cell service and the situation was out of my control. Emirates would not consider anything other than rebooking for a fee.
Emirates says it's a full service airline and the service on-board was great. The follow-up service for Emirates is lacking because once they have your money, they keep it.
I understand I purchased a non-refundable flight, but considering the circumstances and Emirates knew I missed the flight, I hoped Emirates would have refunded my original purchase. As such, it cost me about $12,000 for two roundtrips.

Very Poor Customer Service
I was a passenger traveling to Greece with a group of friends, there was a total of 16, in which 6 of us chose to fly business class. Our experience was very horrible, not only for us this also includes one of their employees.
To be clear this incident took place at the Newark Airport, business class lounge.
I emailed the entire discriminatory situation to the email provided by Emirates, the resolve that I received was, the complaint will be filed in the data base. I could not believe that it was just brushed under the rug by the employee assigned to investigate the events that transpired.
I gave Emirates ample time to look into and find a resolve that would be beneficial for all involved.
I have not included specifics in this email, I am definitely looking to file a formal complaint against Emirates, for the lack of concern when confronted with issues that affect. Accountability is very important at all levels for companies that interview and deem these employees to represent the employer to the best of their ability.
User's recommendation: I must say that Emirates aircraft personnel has one of the best customer services. If there’s anything or anyone that makes you feel uncomfortable or mistreated, say something send the notifications. It’s important for consumers to make a change.

I booked 2 tickets for Mumbai - New York via Dubai for me and my wife in BUSINESS CLASS for 10-05-2023. We are yet to fly.
My reference no is EJQEBJ. Online check in and the seat selection can be done only 48 hrs before the flight.
I wanted to select seats for the Dubai - NY sector. exactly 48 hrs before i started trying to do the web check in and the seat selection and continued TRYING for 1 hr.
The web check in would not OPEN!!
Ultimately after 2 hrs i could chat with a service executive. but even he could not help in selecting the seats !!
After paying so much for a BUSINESS CLASS we could not select the seats.
Since i havent yet flown, i hope the airlines does something to rectify the situation.
