Emirates Airlines in Dubai, Dubai - Flight missed

Hi Dear My family was traveling from Pakistan to Dubai there was an accident on the way even though they reached on airport 1hour before they said that counter closed staff gone no body was there to help from emirates staff even though still there was 1 hour remaining to fly but they did not support next flite was also not available so the whole night they stay at airport they paid 1400 AED extra for change in booking can any one tell why they did not support please help reading this case can any one tell me why emirates staff was not there to support why they not support why they did not facilitate

You should report to the airport at least 3 hours before international flight. its not a bus 400 other people made it on time but you want to delay them and the 400 other people waiting in dubai because you were late?

if you made an appointment with someone and they called you 2 hours after the appointment was meant to be and complained that you didnt wait for them what would you say?

Emirates Airlines - Luggage Review from Oaxaca, Oaxaca

I flew from New York-Dubai- to Egypt with Emirates about 2 weeks ago. It was the first time to fly with Emirates and I'm afraid also fhe last one since my experience with Emirates services was not good. My luggage was left in Dubai and recovered 3 days after (my stay would be of 8 days in Cairo) and here is where the list of complains starts: 1. I had to come to the airport to get my luggage whereas with other companies luggage is brought to you. 2. Emirates employees in Cairo airporg were not nice at all. 3. Only because I asked, I was offered a ridiculous compensation that didnt even cover the money I paid for the taxi ride from my hotel to tbe akrport and back. By the way, I didnt accept their money because if I did, I had to sign a document basically saying that I agreed and was happy with this money. 4. I had to go to the place where Emirates send lost luggage in Cairo airport, and in my opinion cuztomers should not be exposed to this area. It was not nice to see this place. And to make tbe experience worse, the in flight service on my way back was bad. Food was not good, toilets not kept clean, and some not nice faces from flight attendants to various customers.

With on-line travel agents like Expedia, it is worse. The seats you select with them is only a "request" which Expedia forwards to.the airline.

You did not have assigned seats with Expedia. As Anon said, you need to check in as early as possible to get a seat on all airlines.

Emirates Airlines in Virginia Beach, Virginia - Mis-assigned seat; lost luggage

travelled DBX to BOS. supposed to get exit row. agent didn't make the correct assigned seat so sat on aisle in the middle. I am 196 cm tall. had the request in the system for weeks. Horrible flight on the 777300 plan. Seats are horrible. They lost my luggage. once I filled out the paperwork they found it! had to clear customs separately. at the airport for an additional 2.5 hours. Emirates standard has dropped tremendously.i would like to share what i had expereinced throughout my flight sea/dxb 14 hours flight and it was handle in a very un professional way by the chief stewart name chucky.

i was onboard flight sea/dxb and i have few issues to highlight here :-

i was accused of bringing non cabin bag size onboard and he threaten me onboard to report to my company that i do not behave onboard.

Emirates Airlines in Dubai, Dubai - Never on time!

I fly regularly with Emirates and normally enjoy their service. I fly from Dubai maybe 10 or 12 times a year but I can't remember the last time we took off or landed on time. It seems that we all start boarding 20 mins before the flight is due to *** and the flight crew have fail to provide an adequate answer.... Just a simple "oh, sorry for the delay". Additionally, during my last flight the last 40 or so passengers were only offered a fish meal.... Perch... Who eats fish on a flight? And who eats perch?! I thought perch was a pond or canal fish.
