Details
I travelled on EK017 to Manchester on 24 /08/ 15 with my infant. For a long haul flight of 11 hours my infant was given no food absolutely. My husband asked n reminded the flight attendants three times. Very disappointing for travellers with infants. Anyone listening? Can I expect any justice?

Long story short Had flight delayed so missed connecting flight. When we got to our destination I had to pay for the sea plane again, around £300 for the 2 of us. When we got back I wrote an emai to customer complaints, they replied 2 day latter with an automated reply saying they would get back to me within 30 days. 73 days latter they replied to tell me they have given me air miles and we hope to see you again. Unsattisfied with this I emailed a reply, they never came back to me. I then rang them, told them the problem and was told we are very sorry to hear this and I fully understand why you are upset with Emirates blah blah and that someone will ring you to try and get this resolved within 2 days. No one rang. This happened 5 times and on the last call I got a reply the day after, to tell me they are still not prepared to do anything about it. My advice to anyone is. If any other airline is going where you want to get. Use them and stay clear of Emirates. They clearly don't care about customers or there actions costing customers money. Poor customer services if any. Look at Qatar airlines they have a better reputation.

One of the staff who stopped us front of the gate of Cairo airport his name is Aasem Imam . Even we discovered that flight moved on time 12:55 not as they informed us that time changed to 12:05 . We are so upset from Emirates airline , Cairo airport management staff.

I am regular customer. Having a Gold Member. Shuttle from Kuala Lumpur to Amsterdam every two-week return flight. What make me disappoints is, as clients who have received Gold Member status but still has not been given an opportunity, especially in high season and unhelpful to my needs. As your viewing any flights on existing records under my frequent flyer number: 291 451 064. I was a customer who uses a sub Flights Emirate for the purpose to my work place in Amsterdam. I’m always preferred to use Emirate Airlines. My last flight on 06/10/2015 and returning on 25/06/2015 with Emirate. Next trip I tried to get a ticket but it is so difficult for me to get it, and then I buy Malaysian Airline ticket which cost me RM 3,152.90 departure Kul-Ams 22/07/2015 and Ams – Kul on 07/08/2015. Between times for next coming trip I still serch to get best prices to purchase tickets Emirate almost four weeks on my searching to buy a ticket for my next departure on Kul – Ams 19/08/2015 and returning Ams – Kul on 04/09/2015, but also frustrating. I'm still trying to contact Call Centre hopes achieve Emirate help’s or mite be there is some opportunities go through departure other Asian countries, from Bangkok, Jakarta, Singapore and Vietnam to Amsterdam but an attempt to get the ticket very disappointing. Recently when I was assisted by one of the call center staff, which gave a price for me from Kuala Lumpur to Amsterdam with cost me RM 4,900 and it was too expensive for me. Can you imagine, they, what I mean is the problem stemming from Dubai to Amsterdam passenger overcrowding because high season. Mostly they are tourists Emiarate consumers once a year for the cost of a holiday destination, but I am the user who commute every two weeks up and down. I had to make a decision; looked at my journey to work is very important. With final disappointment I had to make the decision to purchase airline tickets using the China Southern RM 3,84,90 from Kuala Lumpur to Amsterdam via Guanzau and Beijing. Departure from Kul – Ams 19/08/2017 and return Ams –Beijing –Guanzau – Kuala Lupur on 04/09/2015. My experience of working for the shuttle from Kul - Pro and Pro - Kul from 1997 until today and Malaysian Airline (Gold Member) and Emirate (Gold Member) practically none Airlines who care about regular customers. Hopefully you can change it.

I booked a return flight from Lagos Nigeria. After landing at Emirates Terminal 3 Airport on the 18th of a May 2015. I walk to the counter to close my return ticket because I'm not sure when I will return. On the 15th of July I called to inform emirate the date to schedule my return which was 15th of August 2015 and the customer care told me I have to pay $100 for change fee & $80 for flights different which amounted to $180. On reaching the sales point I was told the system is saying I will pay $328. I need an urgent response before my flight time. My number is 0561560697

The worst flight in the Middle East I have ever experienced. Ran out of lamb options. No effort was made to satisfy the customer. All our seats couldn't recline. No alternativr s were given. We had to sit 10 hours upright in discomfort and distress. I already have a chronic back problem. Flight attendants blatant walked passed us twice to serve food!! Overheard flight attendant talking to passenger complaining about her having to wear the red cap. Lol that was hilarious. Disappointed and disgusted.

In February this year Emirates Skywards miles decided to Re-base its Skywards Miles structure which has effectively reduced the value of many thousands of Economy class members by more than 75%. An upgrade from DXB to BHX last year was 32,500 for an economy ticket it now costs 57,000 - this situation is deplorable as economy tickets get very few miles to begin with. This in a year when their profits are up £46 Million fuel costs are down 35% emailed Sir Tim Clark for explanation. Totally ignored as despite using his email address he never reads them he delegates to mindless minions. For a so called top ranked airline this is utterly disgraceful behavior as it disadvantages the less well off.

I have been on the Emirates high street store to purchase goods with my sky miles. ..the cost of admin.

Shipping is more than I can buy the items for in my local high street... well done emirates for this very big scam..the miles are worthless

want to earn more miles? buy the more expensive tickets!

I buy the flex or the lowest fare in business and am earning about the same as before and still paying the same amount in miles for an upgrade.

cheaper ticket = less service, its a business at the end of the day.

i was booked to travel on EK 004 FROM LONDON HEATHROW, via Dubai to Enteebe on 23rd May have travelled with Emirates for 10 years now and 3 to 4 times a year even as far as hongkong I changed my travel date from 19th MAY TO 23RD MAY but the agent who changed my travel date didn't change my Excess to the same date, I begged the Heathrow manager on duty to allow me the 7kg out of the 10kg I had pre paid for, but he refused I had to pinfully throw away my family gifts and the a friend I contacted in Uganda who works for Emirates went out of his way to assit, called call center but instead a complaint was logged againist him, for being rude. which was not fair at all. the staff in London didn't want to help or even explain procedure. am very disappointed by this cold un caring behaviour similar to the Air line I left and started flying Emirates a lot of money is spent on trying staff but people are not tought how to be human with respect for people with different cultures and beliefs Emirates used to be caring and supporting, we felf safe with This airline but not any more. was it my faulty to change the travel date? which I paid for was I to go their system and change my excess to same date by my self? what will happen to my small $100? the pain of throwing away my grandmam shoes and other relativesgifts
