Emirates is very poor service. Got bumped from the flight cause of overbooked plane.next plane was after 6 hours. They didn't offer any comfort water or food. Bought everything with usd. Poor attitudes of airlines staff. Never gonna travel with Emirates again

I have been travelling with Emirates Air Line for my Business Trip to Europe in my opinion this is a world Class Air Line that takes very good care of the travelers. My sky ward number is EK-405198290 and I have earned 17500 points during my business travel to Europe. I sent a request to Emirates High Street in the month of September 2015, and during the course of time numerous information were asked from me which I have already provided, the details are as under. My Sky ward number is EK-405198290. My earned Miles are 17500 I am claiming Beverly Hill Polo Club Ladies Wrist Watch Order Inquiry Number whose ID is 97001987 that is Beverly Hill Polo Club Ladies Wrist Watch The number provided by Emirates High Street is KMM 837714V47487 L0KM. I am unable to understand that after providing all the required info what else is required to be completed. If you look at the mails that I have sent to Emirates High street many times but why Mr. Dongshawa is reluctant not to provide me the gift that I have requested. Emirates Airlines in Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur - Skywards

I signed up for skywards miles just after I had 4 flights in row. Some of which where fairly long flights. Anyhow I sent a couple emails to Emirates's Customer Service stating that I wanted add those flights to my skywards. Moreover, I sent all flights number etc. to them to add them my skywards account, but I didn't get any reply from them, as well as couple of other attempt to top up by myself but I couldn't get any result as the system doesn't design for that. Because it must be done by Emirates. So now it says over six months and all those miles have expired. Emirates one of the most expensive airlines but their service is very very poor and they even not taking people request in account because they act as we always going backed to buy from them. DON'T BUY EMIRATES TICKET GO THE AIRLINE WHICH GIVE YOU BETER SERVICE AND CONSIDER YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL

I have been an emirates fan for 2 decades. now the airline service is deteriorating in today's more competitive environment - customer care, dining and flight cleanliness included. I recently booked a flight from manila to London and back. I was put on quantas for the Dubai-Lon-Dub section without proper advice. that was a bad experience also with inability to book seats and cars. emirates blamed Qantas and Qantas blamed emirates. a disgrace! don't use the airline till it pulls up its socks is my advice. when I asked what was a reasonable question upon arrival at London airport, the emirates representative was extremely impolite which was not the case a few years ago. on board dining is no longer special as before. very poor. and when I submitted a complaint, I received a note saying we will reply in 30 days.

could not agree more, the staff is arrogant and rude, just check their own Facebook page, so many complaints in regards to staff, i spend a bit of time reading them and an air hostess named Jade is mentioned in at least 5 complaints, probably still flying with them

Dear Sir, I traveled from Dubai to Karachi by EK 606 on 6th Sep 2015 with seat no 8-J and the boarding gate was C44. I came to the boarding gate at 0850 and I was told to proceed to the bus for boarding the plane. I stepped in the bus at 0855 and bus left at 0925 making us wait in the bus for half hour with the door open. The noise of the engine was so loud that I develop headache and became Lethargic . I could also smell the smoke of the bus inside. In medical term this is termed as as smoke and Noise pollution. This is shear negligence and a medical hazard. My Headache was so severe that I could not take meal in the Plane. The administration should do something to prevent such incidence in future and that they should try to compensate the passenger. I will appreciate if I am informed about enquiry of this incidence. I am your Gold card member for last several years and this year I have not received my Gold card in spite of my complaining at the desk of Frequent Flyer in Dubai.
