Emirates Airlines in Dallas, Texas - Emirates - Who else?

Tried to make a customer complaint to Emirates Booking Office in KL Malaysia. Kept on hold for 90 minutes+ The agent checked back every 25 minutes more or less to see if I was still on hold but there was still no one to take the complaint call. At some point I could even hear a laugh in her voice.....Ha ha. Not only did they waste the free line on this waiting customer they also never bothered to call back though they had my number. I do not expect you to ever get a reply from sending an email as that has proved useless in the past.

Bad service. i wish to inform all emirates airlines customers not to travel with them again .

to all customers of emirates airlines... dnt travel with them anymore if you have babies.they are very rude and they are not listening to anyone ...they didnt allow my 3 month baby stroller and moreover they drove us by bus for more then 20m to reach the terminal like animals. they didnt help in the flight and they asked me to give them the tray saying that they will not take it. the bassinet was not well fixed and they dnt have any single knowledge of security. one by one very rude it was horrible flight. the bus was very cold and people were shouting for missing flight. very bad and shame on u

Emirates Airlines in Karachi, Sindh - Mis behave & no compensation of flight delay

09March 2011 fly from JED DBX via EK804T it was delay 2 hours reason missed connecting flight EK604Tso have to wait around 7 + hours. when asked to their Managers Mr.Reean, Khalid and George says only one they could provide + boarding card any facility for rest not possible if like ok other wise have to stay especially Khalid Whos boss & Reean mis behaving using un civilized word, i dont know Its instruction from Emirates or him self. this air line should not be in best Air Line list its a worst air line ever i fly. I lost my one lag age as well and didn't got yet when approach their office they refused for accept claim cos it was holy water.total weight of my bags were only 10+ . its a realy *** service of the Air line.Jawed Akhter

Get your *** to the airport in time. You have been advised and warned time and time again that you have to be at the check-in counter at least two hours before departure. Don't blame emirates if you can't plan and manage your time well.

Bad Customer Service by Emirates Airlines

Emirates airlines India sector is a total disappointment. I travelled tO Bengaluru on the 3rd Jan 2011 from Dubai and returned on the 7th of Jan 2011 on EK 566/567. The inflight service was a disaster with the Airlines underestimating the number of Non Vegetarian meals on the flight. I sat in the middle row of the aircraft and by the time my turn came, they had run out of non vegetarian meals and offered me vegetarian meals. This happened on both trips to and from Bengaluru. This is not a coincidence and is shear evidence of Emirates airlines indifferences to passengers travelling to the Indian sector. Passengers travelling to the INdian subcontinent are generally treated indifferently and are given a callous atitutude both by the airlines management and the staff. This is my third bad experience with Emirates airlines and am seriously considering to change my flight and opt for flights that offer value for money and have good customer service. I encourage all passengers not to compromise on your requirements while flying Emirates airlines by ensuring that you stand up for your case and put up complaints across all Airlines rating boards. Get your money's worth by travelling in alternative flights that offer better customer service. Dont go by the brand name as clearly you will see the exploitation inflight!

I flew from Dubai to Dublin. I found the ground customer service very rude, unprofessional and very disgusting.

Will never fly anyways with them. It was a great mistake to book my flight with Emirates.

This happens because people on Indian sectors are extremely rude to the airline staff (not all of course but its more likely to happen then in any other sector).Unfortunately because the aircraft has a limited space and it is not a restaurant,we have limited possibilities to provide everything. Considering that a flight has only a few crew on board for about 300 customers (depending on actual aircraft type),it is not always possibe to make everyone happy.There are space and time and also crew limits,which every customer should understand.

Plus i think as long as you get to your destination safe, u watch a movie, relax, have something to eat, i name it as a successful flight.It also depends on your attitude how you want to enjoy your trip.

Next time just observe the crew and especially passengers around you, and imagine yourself working there. Sometimes it is just not as glamurous as you might think,and crew does work hard to try to make your journey pleasant.

Kids in Haiti starve but while one is paying for food and service then the nairline jolly well provide it . emirates is not flying us for free .

My sympahties with kids in Haiti but then these kids arent flying on Emirates either right in which case even these kids should be given their mneals. Being Indian doesnt mean one is vegetarian or one shouldnt be forced to eat vegetarian meals .

I flew Emirates recently even after reyuesting a meal for my child in advance and checking 3 times , they did not give my child his meals and were very callous when I alksed about it . They just said we will let you know and never came back and this happened twice.

Vegetarian meal is standard in India so next time try requesting a meal in advance.

Nice try my friend. But such tricks don't cut any ice with Emirates Airlines.

They have specially trained personnel and if the Customer Service didn't get back to you every time you tried means that they saw through your trick.

But please keep trying. Who knows it may work one day.

Emirates Airlines in Ahmedabad, Gujarat - Expensive goods were stolen from my bag after check in-emirates

I boarded an emirates flight from johannesburg on 23rd nov 14.10 hrs fl no. ek0762 to dubai then to mumbai on 24th nov 04.00hrs flt no. ek0504. My baggage was checked in at johannesburg through to mumbai. When i received my luggage at mumbai i found the lock broken and my nikon camera rs 350000, kodak camera rs 10000 and a reebok sun glasses 5000rs stolen with their cases left back. I have complained to the emirates office in mumbai airport. I want a complete investigation done and i want full compensation for my lost goods. how can goods be stolen after checkin . That means it is the work of the emirates staff only. i want to warn all travellers not to travel by emirates..

Emirates Airlines - Cancelled Emirates Flight on 02 Sept 2010 (Lagos - Dubai) with out travellers notice

Myself and my wife and one infant were due to fly to Dubai from Lagos on 2nd Sept 2010. We checked in online also reserving our seats. Upon boarding we were informed of that the flight is cancelled. Then we were informed by the Emirates Staff in Lagos Airport that they will provide a hotel for us, they stated that first and business class travelers will be taken to EKO – Hotel (5 star hotel) while Economy Class travelers were taken to a cheap hotels and sorry to say that these we not even hotels, it were actually motels where international Visa and master cards can't be used. The Emirates staff informed me that they will call me after taking my phone numbers and tell when the flight is scheduled to fly to Dubai, which didn't happen, I don't know why?. I was never expecting such bad service from Emirates Airlines in Lagos, the duty station Manager and his staffs in Lagos was not able to come out and explain what is happening in ground, instead they were a way and looking at people reactions, I really demand a query should be done by Emirates Airline Head office on such Manager. Any how I checked on Emirates website and I have seen that the flight is scheduled for 15:10 in the 3rd Sept 2010, which also didn't *** t this time, don't know why?. Moreover, after several calls to Emirates Call Center in Dubai, they stated that the flight will arrive to Lagos@ 16:50 which did and will *** @ 18:30 which didn't happen , I don't know why, and after all of this the flight took off @ 20:00. After all of the above none of the Emirates Staff in Lagos Airport, came and tell the travelers we are sorry. Because of your none professional staff you have in Lagos Airport, I had to cancel important meetings.
