Poor Service Provided

I have a ticket booked from a year ago, and coz of Travel Ban in Philippines and lots of restrictions we are not able to travel myself and my daughter. I believe the travel ban UAE and Philippines has been lifted. I am trying to book and been advised to call repatriation flight number that ages no one is answering. Customer service has been pushing me to book for business class that supposed to be I will be the priority coz I paid my ticket from a year ago!! Service is very bad, before it was not like this at all. Each I will travel I choose Emirates coz of good service. Thanks to this platform my missing baggage has been found. Emirates Airline has delivered it to me safely. I’m grateful.

I traveled with Emirates Airlines somewhere in September, but unfortunately for me, my baggage did not arrive with me at my destination. I made a complaint here, this platform reached out to me and emailed me with their Customer Affair link. Finally, everything has been sorted out. Thank you.

Good day. I'm awaiting Covid-19 test results for my wife Shaquna Pendarvis. I was told that the results won't be back until late afternoon. Been said we will not be able to make our original 11:15am flight from MLE to DXB. I've been on hold for over an hour trying to make the changes but no answer. My booking number is MR5LNF and will want to change my flight to EK2211 departing at 22:45. Thanks in advance for your help Ricardo Sullivan

I have a client that is a large man. By this I mean overweight. He would like to purchase two seats. I understand that I have to do that with you. Will the cost of the extra seat be the same as the first seat? If so that would mean that the price of the air would be double the cost for one person. Is that right? For tickets issued between April 1, 2021 and October 11, 2021, with a travel date on or before May 31, 2022 You can keep the ticket youve already booked and use it later. Weve extended its validity for 24 months from the date of your original booking. Your ticket will be accepted for any flight to the same destination or within the same region* in the same travel class within the same cabin with no extra fees during this period.

Frustration

Hello I am exceedingly frustrated and disappointed with Emirates booking service and checking service (not inflight service ). I was trying to book a first class/business class ticket for my 13 March travel from YYZ-DXB-TRV with my family .

Seat number 26b , Renjith Venugopal . Since late Jan i was looking for business or first class. Neither agents online or call agents couldn't help me and I was forced to book for economy and advised by the emirates on call and travel agent that they cannot help on first class and business since there are no tickets available, which is not true. Even the check-in counter staff advised he also cannot help me since he cannot select first-class / business since it is not available , how ever i managed to get another bookings staff and he managed to get me business class and all family is at different corners of the flights and i was running around the flight to make sure they are okay.

Moreover, I had a tough time at DXB airport on my daughter's PCR test even though she is vaccinated and neither the staff at Toronto asked us . Anyhow, my return is on 2 April from TRV-DXB-YYX and I am not sure how to upgrade my ticket to first or business . I am a frequent traveler and based on recommendations I booked Emirates . Hope i can upgrade my ticket to First or Business during this trip at least .

i'm looking forward to hearing from you . I don't want this to be a final travel through emirates
