Emirates Airlines in Incheon, Kyonggi-Do - Where do I get redress from?

I travelled on EK 730 from EBB to DXB (seat 36F) on 28th Oct. 2012 and connected to ICN from DXB on 29th Oct.2012 on EK 322 (seat 82K). My return flight (ICN to DXB) was to be on 17th Nov. 2012 (on EK 323)and was confirmed. To my surprise, staff at ICN grabbed my e-ticket and informed me the flight had been cancelled "for no show" and e-ticket suspended. They say I never showed up on EK 730 on 28th Oct. 2012 and EK 322 on 29th Oct. 2012! I still have my boarding passes! Nothing was done for me other than book me on the next flight (following day). How do I get redress for my time wasted, money spent and inconvenience?

hadd the worst experince traveling by emirates wit my 10 month old.i had ead a lit about emirates being a baby friendly flight and was lukin forward to it n decided never to travel wit them again bcoz of the way the air hoatess treated me.she was never bothered about me n my baby ir even being considerate and polite as i was travelin alpne.the air hostess on my side never noticed to put on seat belt for me n my baby before *** although she wen twice checking if eveybody had the seat belt on even aftr realusing she dint put my seat belt she was utterly not bothered tat v shd hv it on i dont knw it ths jind of yratment is gvn to asians.plz understand tat u people represent the airlines n u shd b more considerate to the customers.thr was another one who replied so rudely to me wen i j ys asked her if she had put sugar in my babys milk had a hel of a flight wit al this goin on plz plz b considerate to people aftr al its ur duty u jus cant shw rude faces to people who jus help jys fed up wit the way tge air hostess treated me n disappointed.

Emirates Airlines in Milano, Lombardy - Mental harassment by ground staff

I travelled from Hyderabad to Dubai on the night of 24th October 2012 on flight number EK-529. I want to report the misbehaviour of a member of your staff who harassed me. My Italian visa was valid from the 25th and I was travelling on the 24th to be able to reach my final destination, Milan on the 25th. I had confirmed from the Italian Consulate in Mumbai that there was no problem with my travel plan. Also the Immigration officer at RGI Airport Hyderabad said that I wouldn't have any problem at Dubai as I was only a transit passenger. Nevertheless, your staff refused to give me my boarding pass without signing an indemnity form. This shows how ignorant and insensitive your staff is at the Hyderabad airport. To add to my worries, the officer incorrectly handed me the Aircraft copy of the indemnity form. Before boarding the flight I was asked to produce this copy which I understood to be my own. When I asked the reason, the officer tried to cover up for the mistake by THREATENING me that my flight will be forfeited.

Emirates Airlines in Karachi, Sindh - Stolen DSLR

Granted I shouldn't have packed my DSLR in my suitcase, but I was carrying a guitar and a heavy backpack already. Flew from Harare to Dubai to Karachi and when I arrived at my final destination I realized that my checked in suitcase lock was broken. Further investigation led to me realizing that my DSLR was stolen (with an f1.8 35mm lens). The camera bag was left open and in its original position. Nothing else was touched in the suitcase, but there was nothing else of considerable value either. I am incredibly pissed off! Unbelievable nonsense they pulled.

Hey man, im sorry for your loss and really sorry to tell ya, but supposedly your camera have never reached Dubai even......most probably it was opened and stolen right after checking it in in Harare. Me being travelled on all continents and many countries (Zimbabwe included), already know that somehow bags get open in airports in Africa(Johannesburg being the worst of it).

For some reason it does not happen in ANY other continent usually, but if i go to Africa, i NEVER pack any valuables in my checked bag.

It is sad to say it, but ground staff there intend to be a bit overcurious about the inside of your bags.....(ground staff meaning not the ones at the check-in desk, but the ones downstairs that are handling your bags after it is off your sight.) These workers usually have nothing to do with the airline you fly with, cause they are the same people handling baggage for every airline that flies to that airport and they work for a local handling company. Plus Harare airport is not very high-tech, even security i found quite poor.

Emirates Airlines in Dubai, Dubai - Worse service in my life

Went to check in my bag 55mins before a flight left in the middle of night after already checking in online and they refused to take my bag. I had to wait, and now I'm still waiting as the new flight is delayed, to board another flight 10 hrs after I got to the airport. Any other airline such as BA, Virgin, or Singapore Air would have had NO problem with that. Worse airline and service I have ever recieved and I will never fly with Emirates again I paid over £3k pounds to fly business class yet they are happy to treat me like this. Contined delay with the next flight - it's a joke

I do understand your frustration Sir, sometimes these things happen. Its fair to believe that checking in online should have allowed you to get your bag through but unfortunately all that does is secure your seat.

Based on your timing, the plane was in the process of boarding at the gate which means that the decision not to accept your bag may not have been up to the airline. I am sure that as a Business Class traveler they would of tried but you must understand that check-in is also open 4 hours prior to the departure time.

Emirates Airlines in Woking, England - EK cancels a flight and doesnt refund the miles of my ticket

So Emirates cancels a flight out of Beirut, to no fault of mine, because of some engineering problem, and they REFUSED to refund my miles that I have spent on this ticket. It has been a month since, with their customer service representative Samantha D'Souza replying once, and saying sorry but they wont because it is a rewards ticket. May i remind them, REWARDS TICKET means i have spent so much money with you that I have accumualte miles to buy this ticket, THE REASON MORE, they should make sure their customer is happy!!! That is other than their staff screaming and shouting on people at the airport standing hepless with no solutions. Shame on such an airline with its claims of being the best in customer service.

Emirates Airlines in Berlin, Berlin - Emirates airline charge for extra 5 kilos

I was travelling from Kolkata to Dusseldorf on 12.08.2012 in economy with my family and my checked in luggage weighted 95 kilos instead of stipulated 90 kilos. I was harrased ainfront of other passengers at CCU airport and was forced to pay for extra 5 kilos (@Rs.1300 per kg totalling to Rs.6500 and plus taxes). I have complained this with emirates on 22.08.2012 and received promptly a very nice mail from emirates that I will certainly get answer within 30 days but till date inspite of regular follow ups received no positive response. It is the worst airline wrt to customer satisfaction as the ground persons handling needs surely grooming. Kaushik Ghosh, Germany.

They dont harrass you, they make you pay as your baggage allowance is clearly stated on the website. Try to take 95 kilos with other airlines and you will see how much they will make you pay. Emirates already allowes you 30 kilos per person.

I am not even surprised you were travelling from Kolkata.

You people are like aliens, you pack all your planet to ship it to more civilised areas and invade them.You are everywhere, and you only leave rubbish behind.

I have lived in Dusseldorf and seen a festival when hundreds of Indians arrived for a day, and all they left behind in the end of the day is dirt and rubbish. I understand you are used to it but Europe doesnt like it that way. You have a very agressive culture, unable to blend in to any other society anywhere in the world, you marry Indians and wear your sari eat your curry regardless where you choose to go, with no effort to respect the country you move to. Other people struggle to adapt to the country they choose to live, but you indians expect the country to adapt to you. And the dirt and rubbish i always see around you and on your children, is saddening too.
