Emirates Airlines in Beirut, Beyrouth - Broken neckless

Dear emirates team, I would like to inform you about my dissatisfaction about What happened during my flight dated 27 jan 2013 flight no:EK0953 Coming from Dubai International Airport. With Reference no :BPEZ56 I bought 2 items from airplane duty free, i realized later that the necklace Has a missed crystal piece, although the necklace box is still sealed. I am wondering why this bad quality in the best claimed super quality. Moreover i could not find on emirates official website any contact details or a customer service email in order to communicate with or to send my complaint

Emirates Airlines in Stockholm, Stockholm - Terrible service at Dubai airport.

We flew from Phuket to Copenhagen with flight change in Dubai.At Dubai airport the delays and change of gate are not at all displayed on the screen or displayed too late.Information system at the airport needs a complete check. The staff on counter, generally too many, are busy talking to each other and paying little attention to the passengers needing information/help.The lack training in customer service/support.If this attitude continues. Emirates Airlines would be a loser in the long run.As a compliment, Ican add that the in-flight service was very good and the staff both efficient and caring

He helped u the max he could he connected you with another airlines even and you next flight is after 12 hours ...so what do u expect the staff to do...carry u to istanbul or wht...he did wht he can if he rejected u he would put u next flight to ist. And thats his bad way of treatment yet giving you your right..if he can do more why he did less..and if ur a pakistani with US pspt u dont think your now barrak obama ...the service was perfect and stress is natural not forseen event that is in no1's control. Be fair staff are human nt ur slaves.

Emirates Airlines in Delhi, Delhi - Unhelpful staff in the airlines

I'm really disappointed with the customer support service. I have family travelling with me. I have transit time of over 10hrs at Dubai. While booking, there was no information about Dubai connect service. Now, I called customer care about requesting the Dubai connect service, I was told that it is not possible since it is less than 24 hrs. And she was arguing that this information is present at the time of booking whereas it is not. I was talking to one of my friends who has told me about this. I was also told by customer care rep that what would I do if I didn't know about this. You can do the same now. I'm really disappointed with Emirates airlines and would never recommend anyone due to unfriendliness. Really really disappointed :(

we were on the plane ready to *** on the 26th december and we were told or flight was delayed !! due to a fueling problem the plane had to be fueled manually !!! we were 3 and a half hours late leaving glasgow that meant we missed our connecting flight in dubai to melbourne !! and had to wait another 8hours for a connecting flight to melbourne!! we were'nt offered anything at dubai airport !!! we would have no hesitation in flying with emirates again as the the flights were good apart from our wait in dubai and things could have been handle better at dubai !!! we fly back to scotland on sunday the 20th january 2013.. from mr & mrs dougherty...

Emirates airlines is *** lot of *** really!!! Excuses used to cover their incompetences have got to be their way of customer service! I am still awaiting a response from 15 Dec :( All they do is brainwash you into believing their mission...

The is a counter at transfer desk H upper level to offer food vouchers if ur 4 hours delayed and hotel stays if ur connection more than 8 hrs depending on ur ticket type if the mis connection is not from emirates. Its not u where not offered anything your always offered but you could ask to know . When u ever visit dubai airport emirates see what i told u.

Yes, there is the H transfer desk, but the staff is inefficient, slow and certainly not helpful. The managers who have a greater authrity are the worst on every counter that I had visited.

They need trainging in customer support, service and civilty.Emirates group has to realise that a satisfied customer is an asset. If their present attitude persits, they be the lose in the end.

Emirates Airlines in Dubai, Dubai - Emirate delayed 2 hours from Dublin 90 min to get connection to Sydney missed on a regular basis

Flight left Dublin 2 hours late, missed flight to Sydney as there was only 90 min between flights this is a regular occurrence. Emirates know they cannot fly into Sydney past a certain time yet they sell tickets for these flights There transfer procedures are ridiculous However shame on Dublin as they know this is happening g and allow Irish citizens to be ripped off and a 20 hour journey extended to 50 emirates are a joke.please tweet if you have had a similar experience I will be writing to DAA and social media sites remove emirates from Ireland

Dont think the company want to be delayed any more than usual, it costs money. Dont think the crew want to extend their duty by 2 hours, its a pain in the *** and tiring.

Dont think these things dont happen for a reason, and dont think theres not more than one flight to sydney.

Plan your tip better next time to accommodate delays.

Delays happen for a reason or another thats to keep the highest safety standards i think being delayed 2 hrs better than having an emergency and its a human made machine nt a magical one note that this doesnt happen every day yet emirates is the best airlines and world wide reknown and with multiple awards proving just that.

Emirates Airlines in Harare, Mashonaland Central - Miss

Me and my family bought tickets through this airline to travel to harare from Manchester and without telling us anything this airline landed us in lusaka in zambia which was not any where in our itinery and mind you after a very bumby ride so bumby my daughter had to be put to sleep ,and to crown it all on our way back to manchester the same route was taken and this nearly cost us our lives as the plane flew straight into a storm and all passengers were thrown everywhere and we all had to pray for our dear lives .This has totally put me off flying and guess what ,no apology from the the airline for all this.Never again ,would rather swim the ocean.

So bumpy that she had to be put to sleep...how it can be. Bumpy and ppl flying around and she can sleep...emirates should have to power to control the storms and make the air be vaccume so u have a smoother flight ...ppl cant fly around as before you enter the storm the seat belt sign go on ...also its the mistake of ur ticketing agent that he didnt tell u ull transit in lusaka..and emirates have the best and 100% safety measures and security. Get a grip stop talkin bad abt the airline.

read the other comments theyre absolutely right. And more often than not passengers will be informed or compensated prior to boarding the flight and GUESS WHAT? 9/10 will say i dont care about the screen i just want to get on the flight!!!

Emirates Airlines - Flight connection

I booked a flight from Tehran to Manchester connecting flight in Dubai on 31st Dec. 2012. My flight to Dubai was delayed which was due to weather condition at Tehran airport. However, because of the delay I missed my connection flight to Manchester in UK and had to weight up to 4 hours at the Dubai airport, since I was not prepared to spend this length of time. I was given a voucher to spend in the airport with a very poor amount to buy only a very small portion of food, where as Emirate has a very good business lounge to receive guests.

So...because u had bad weather that have nothing to do with emirates ...you should sit in the lounge of ppl who paid double and triple your ticket for that extra service and you got what you paid for...u want more u pay and get food...stop being greeeeeeeeedyyy and cheap.

Emirates Airlines in New York, New York - Rude behaviour of Haq Tehseen

Esteemed Airline claimed to be one of the best but i understand their slogan as Who cares or we least bother.Upon my call to customer servises Mr.Haq Tehseen refused to consider me as Airline customer despite of the fact that i travelled through Emirates from lahore-Dubai-Rome and same via again upon return from Usa.I have heard same comments from my brother last year while traveling through Emirates and my family memeber who are living in Usa have stopped travelling through Emirates and switched Itehad as they after six months,face such problems.I was advised not to travel throught them but thanx to Mr.Haq for adding values to his organisation by helping me make a stern decesion through his highly unprofessional servises.
