Emirates Airlines in Dubai, Dubai - MY ,LOST JACKET

My wife and I were travelling by Business Class EK521 from Trivandrum, India to Dubai on 27 February 2013. We reached Trivandrum and unfortunately left my jacket (beige brown) colour on my seat in the Business Class. We had a connecting flight to London Heathrow (EK005). On reaching the Business class lounge I was informed that it would take about a while for the cleaners to get in to the aircraft and I contacted the police department at dubai airport - very unhappy with their service. I was also given an email for the lost and found department by the business lounge staff. Meanwhile I had to catch the flight back to London.On reaching London I emailed the lost and found department and up till today I have had no reply. I am very dissatisfied with the way it is handled and we are frequent fliers with the EMIRATES. All this makes me change to a different airline

What makes you change to another airline? That YOU lost YOUR own jacket?????

How should they identify it? What if they send one to you and its not the right one? Oh they could send you a picture of it? And if you say yes its yours then they would send it to you?

So if i write to them your flight details and that i lost your jacket and confirm by picture that it is mine, like that i could actually have your jacket for myself? Or how should that work?????Should they believe everyone that claims lost items?

You normally have to sign a paper when taking something from lost and found. You people loose your things all over the place and then you blame other people for it.

I dont think you "have" to survive on croissant, rolls & fruits, there are duty free shops in the airport for you to buy your own food :)

Emirates Airlines - Bad services and careless of staff

Dear sir, I m working as director at Sheraton hotel and resort and usually flying every month , I bought ticket by emirate airlines to Dubai via Cairo , I flight from sharm today morning at 9:35 am and arrived to Cairo at 10:50 and moved Immediatly from terminal 3 to terminal 1 . I arrived to counter at 11:15 /1 hour before my flight which was at 12:15 and we didn't find anyone to assist , we tried to contact emirate staff trough Egypt airlines staff but the staff where smiling and making telephone calls without any respect even I tried to contact the office located at airport and the results they give me number instead of helping and the line was closed .it is the first time I travel with emirate airlines and usually I flight with Qatar airway to Middle East and Turkish airlines to Europe .what make me really sad and disappointed that no one tried to help and just trying to make more money and ask me to pay penalty of 600 le for myself and my wife keep on mind that I m working in hospitality and I know very well that services should be different and I didn't except such services from emirate airlines . My primary ticket number was 176-3234380742 and my wife 176-3234380741 and instead of flying at 12:15 . I respect the company and I choose emirate instead of Egypt air due to the reputation and the services and I expect from your kind office answer soon .
