Booking chauffeur drive from DXB and Lounge access at GRU T3

I have been trying to book a pickup and drive at DXB for my coming trip on Nov. 22/23.

Am arriving on EK flight 262 (8:45 pm) from GRU and going to the Aloft Dubai Creek hotel in Deira. All my attempts have been in vain. So far I have not been able to secure a confirmation for the chauffeur drive service, Can you help me?

Also, why am I no longer able to use the Emirates lounge at GRU although you advertise that it is for the use of First and BUSINESS class PASSENGERS. Can you help me?

I HAVE ALWAYS USED THESE TWO SERVICES ON MY PREVIOUS FLIGHTS ON EMIRATES (both in first AND business). Having told a friend about the excellence of EK in all areas, I convinced him to join me on this trip, so I was frustrated and dismayed when my travel agent told me that some of these premium services (including the two mentioned above) - for a reason I was not able to comprehend) - were no longer available,although we were flying Business class. I am thoroughly frustrated and about to "lose face" with him when he finds out he is not getting the services you (and I myself, too) advertised for the class of service we are booked in (which cost us what we can barely afford and whose benefits we are seemingly not going to enjoy). Despite this ultimate let-down on the part of Emirates, I still consider EK (together with Qatar) the best airline for long-distance flights.

I just hope it can return to its past excellence when I next book a flight, be it in economy, business or first class (all of which I have tried and ENJOYED - ALONE OR IN THE COMPANY OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS - on previous occasions from Paris, Zuriich, São Paulo...flying.to Dubai, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Melbourne...

I AM FLYING TO DUBAI ON EMIRATES FLIGHT 262 FROM GRU (SAO PAULO) ON NOVEMBER 22. AS IN PREVIOUS TRIPS, DESPITE THE HIGHER COST (WHICH I CAN BARELY AFFORD) I CHOSE EMIRATES BUSINESS CLASS AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE WIDELY ADVERTISED SERVICES OFFERED (CHAUFFEUR DRIVE, LOUNGES (ON THE GROUND AND ON BOARD THE A380 -800 AIRCRAFT) AND ALSO BECAUSE OF MY PREVIOUSLY ENJOYED EMIRATES PRE-/ IN- /AND POST-FLIGHT EXPERIENCE.

.BUT I WAS SURPRISED (MORE THAN THAT.- I WAS SHOCKED AND DISMAYED) TO HEAR THAT WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ENJOY THE COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT -TO HOTEL TRANSFER ON ARRIVAL AT DXB, NOR THE LOUNGE AT GRU BEFORE THE FLIGHT. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY, SINCE I AM NOW FLYING THE SAME CLASS,THE SAME ROUTE AND THE SAME PLANE AS THE OTHER TIMES. I CHECKED AND RECHECKED THE EMIRATES ADVERTISEMENTS, WHERE THESE SERVICES ARE OFFERED TO " passengers booked on first and BUSINESS class". WHAT IS WORSE IS THAT AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS I SUCCEEDED IN CONVINCING A FRIEND ( MR.

RENATO LUIZ SENGER) TO JOIN MEON THIS TRIP BY CITING AND EMPHASIZING THOSE EXTRA SERVICES THAT EMIRATES PROVIDES FOR THOSE TRAVELING IN PREMIUM CLASS. I STILL HAVEN'T HAD THE HEART TO TELL HIM THAT HE WON'T SEE ANY OF THESE PROMISED SERVICES ON THIS TRIP.. CAN YOU TELL ME WHY NOT? I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS WHEN I ASKED MY TRAVEL AGENT TO BOOK THE TRANSFER FROM DXB TO OUR HOTEL IN DEIRA, AND HE SAID WE WERE NOT ENTITLED TO THESE SERVICES (GRU LOUNGE AND DXB CHAUFFEUR DRIVE BECAUSE OF SOME HARD-TO- COMPREHEND TECHNICALITY CONCERNING FARE TYPE.

AFTER FLYING TO PLACES LIKE BANGKOK, HONG KONG AND AUSTRALIA (IN ALL CLASSES OF SERVICE) FROM CITIES LIKE PARIS, ZURICH, SAO PAULO AND MELBOURNE, I CONTINUE TO HAVE NO DOUBTS THAT EMIRATES IS STILL THE BEST CHOICE FOR FLYING LONG DISTANCES (NO MATTER WHAT CLASS YOU FLY IN). ALL MY EMIRATES FLIGHTS - WITH NO EXCEPTION - WERE EXCELLENT.

I FEEL NO GRUDGE AGAINST THE COMPANY ON ACCOUNT OF THESE LATE DEVELOPMENTS, JUST AN ENORMOUS DISAPPOINTMENT THAT I WON'T BE ABLE TO PROVE TO MY FRIEND RENATO THAT ALL I TOLD HIM ABOUT EMIRATES WAS NO EXAGGERATION. .

Unfair Changes to my Booking

I had flights to Australia booked, due to depart on the 24th of February returning on the 22nd of March. I recieved a message today (9/2/22) letting me know that my return flights had been changed resulting in an 18 hour layover in Dubai. My original flights were a two hour layover. When I looked at Emirates flight booking website I realised that my original flights were being advertised for sale and could see no reason for changing my booking other than to presume that they were making more money from selling them again! I phoned customer services armed with this information who then politely re-booked my original flights/pre booked seats. This is VERY poor service from Emirates - I am a frequent flyer with them however if this happens to me once more then I will never fly with them again.

Having complained through a recent review about my disappointment with the airline in the case of my latest booking (no chauffeur drive service and no airport lounge access despite our Business class passenger status ) and especially after having commented with every one I know on how pleased and impressed I was with all my previous Emirates flights (in all classes and on several flights to and from Dubai from and back to Europe and Brazil, I expected some kind of response on the part of Emirates. Nothing has come as yet, and this is another unexpected disappointment that has come to me from one of the world"s best rated airlines.

Since this time (Departure on November 22 from CWB/GRU to DXB) I will be travelling with a good friend whom I convinced to accompany me - in part by frequently extolling the virtues and great services provided by my favorite airline (which is swiftly losing ground to Qatar, which, for the time being, is still second best so far in my view), I was anxious to prove to him through his own experience, that everything I had told him was true.

Now I fear his reaction when he finds out that the promised premium-class services will not be available , neither the lounge access at GRU nor the chauffeur drive when we arrive in Dubai, Please comment and help me explain to him why those services are no longer provided as advertised. Respectfully yours, A frustrated Emirates fan.

High volume claims

It lacks routine telephone call protocol. The company used a high volume claim to cut customer service . For people with a minimum access to online reservation, having a help desk would have been helpful.

Impossible to find and Email address for Emirates to complain

I was doing a booking through after logging into my emirates account, my transaction did not go through due to bank card being inactive and the booking was not complete. However, when i started to rebook i find that my skywards miles have been deducted. Now the Kuwait office is closed for the weekend, and my miles are about to expire on the 31st December 2021.

I bought an Emirates flight for Dec 27 which Emirates cancelled. The ticket office has refunded my mileage. The seats, however, I bought from their site.. They reimbursed 2 of the 4 seats and now claim they cannot refund me the other 2 due to some crap about policy. THEY CANCELLED THE FLIGHT. It was their initiative. And even if it were mine, I have a right to get the refund for the seats.é careful m not truth worthy

We have booked our tickwt from budapest to dubai but we had to board fly dubai flight instead of emirates which was the most disgusting part. No reason was given for the change of flight and the food was not served according to our wish. We were forced to have non vegetarian food as vegetarian food was finished. The service was poor.
