Emirates Airlines in Mumbai, Maharashtra - Refund and extortionists like behaviour

Most horrible company......for mistakes which you have made for KVGGG6. I had booked a ticket with you'll and at the Dubai airport they asked to pay to fly by the same airline. After paying the penalty they said I can reclaim it from mumbai for an error of yours. In mumbai your team is impotent and do not call back after numerous promises......they talk rudely and behave like beggars begging for money..... One customer care guy told me that this is the best way emirates makes money and is always calling me after working hours and revealing company secrets with regards to bookings.

Unless the passenger is two years old he should learn how to be more patient. The world does not revolve around him.

Then for you to call a grown woman a girl when you spell like you are still in kindergarten is just wrong. They should have just kicked him off the plane, if he does not know how to behave his age in public than he has no business with the rest of society. The other passengers did not team up with him because he was throwing a temper tantrum like some child.

He was the one acting like a bully by swearing at the FA because he did not get his way. Also you guys are passengers not clients.

Furious at Emirates Airlines

Emirates Airlines at SFO is the worst I ever encountered! The station manager on duty was very rude it was unbearable. While I was standing in line, the station manager was yelling at one of his CSA's and she was crying. When I came to talk to the station manager, he was very rude and unprofessional. When it comes to the top notch international airlines in the world, the CEO and owner really need to look at getting a new station manager at SFO. I'm very pissed and angry at Emirates Airlines headquarters in Dubai. Someone from the Headquarters needs to make visits to each airport and sit there and watch his/her staff on how they treat their customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This is all I read on here.

Emirates must be having a right laugh.

Its all about compensation for your 'mental torture'.

Its always ALWAYS Indians having issues when flying anywhere ever. Don't fly!

Just stay home! Its safer!

Emirates Airlines - My miles were not added

I traveled on 9th December from Bangalore International Airport to Dubai International Airport, First the boarding pass issuing receptionist told me the luggage weight is more i said not a problem i will pay for it, then i specifically told the receptionist, please do add my miles to the travel and gave her my Emirates Skyward, Blue card number number EK 303 102 785, she said no problem sir when u reach Dubai your miles will be added. i got a email on Jan form Emirates Skyward, stating I don't have miles on my account. Could some one please update.

Emirates Airlines in Lake Jackson, Texas - Travelled without food for 9 hrs, water were not provided, Air hostess tretament were not good

Hello, I have travelled many times with Emirates to Houston and France. I have been travelled both in Business and Economy class. Last recent times travel (Nov 2013, Dec 2013) travels were worst with the Emirates. I have travelled earlier also in economy but the last 2 times were worst i will think of flying in Emirates next time. During the last trip we had not been provided with food, as they dont have vegeterian meals. Accepted they dont have but the way air hostess reply and treated us was very bad. They just said caterer sent less no of veg foods so dont have thats it and they were not ready to listen or reply anything. Is this the way they behave with passengers?? There are people who travel with medication how do they take their medicines? Though people travel in economy class they do pay and the no of people travel in economy is higher than business. While starting from Houston after the *** alomost it took them 1:30 hrs to provide water to the economy class passengers, when we asked for water also the response from the air hostess were not good. this is the way they treat their customers??? We travelled without food for almost 9 hrs. In air many people get dehydrated that's known, we have not even provided with water properly after asking for it also. I hope the call button is for helping the passengers if they require any help. When we press also nobody came, after 3 times pressing they came and said will be back thats it, they never turend up. Are the people who travel in economy are travelling in free of cost or they are not humans?? I felt very bad.. Emirates was not like this... For my next trip i may not choose Emirates when this getting continued i will think before booking it. In the airport also many people said and my freinds who fly frequetnly also said the same. EMirates business need to take some action if this is going to continue they will loose their customers.

Anyone can use it to log in to the Emirates website and see and even change your daughter's booking. Please be careful and responsible about such information.

My friend,I think they are least bothered how their Ground Handling Agency is playing with passenger baggage and making losses to travelers. I also experienced the same and surprising thing is that they know what their staff is doing with baggage but they are simply denying the facts and run away from their responsibility.

I think no authority is monitoring what passengers are experiencing with Emirates Airline.
