Emirates Airlines - No attention to Arab or GCC passengers

i was traveling with Emirates during Holy Month with my family , it was time to break the fast , no one bothered to serve food for fasting passengers , and when complained no attention was given , being gold member i can see the least priority for Emirates crew is Arab and GCC country passengers because they are minority , yes they are growing but on account of bad service . so you do not get the value of paid ticket , and always the feedback of complain is (we are sorry) - we pay for the word of sorry the value of the ticket -

There are sometkmes 400 of us pasengers in economy , we can't expect full attention all the time .have u seen how busy they r?? All you have to do is go to gally or press call bell for food and they came..

buy business class ticket if you want more attention not economy. the flite attendant job is to get us there safely, not to be critisized for silly things like this

I was at Dubai at 5:00 on Sunday. It was too crowded and when I reached to the counter at 6:00 the lady on counter said that it was late. The flight was to Los Angeles. So I messed the flight and had to pay $800 to get another ticket. Even one of my luggage was tagged while I was told the 7:45 flight was closed. What can I do to get my money back?

Emirates Airlines - Flight Review from Dubai, Dubai

I am totally pissed off from my flight last June 26 EK 335 departing from Manila to dubai... Flight was 23:15 evening and we left Manila around 12:20 am.. This time was midnight and passengers must be resting or sleeping on board but those rude cabin crews was laughing so loud from the back not once but many times they were so noisy talking and laughing so loud talking about many things not related to work.. They should allow passengers to rest while on midnight flight.. Also the other passenger beside me complained to me about those noisy crews talking non sense things that cause disturbance to passengers.

Yes, their in flight service crew are not professional at all. I seriously doubt what kind of training course Emirate had given them before putting tmem on board to serve passengers.

A total disappointment after taking the so called world class airliner. It should not class as WORLD CLASS AIRLINE but WORST CLASS AIRLINE !

Emirate airline, the worst airline ever !!!

Lousy service started from the check-in counter all the way till the cabin crews.

After so many travelling experiences, its the worse airline service I have ever had. Don't fly Emirate !!!

Emirates flight attendants are really bad surprise. They are simply not interested in economy class passengers.

I don' t have experience flying business class with them, anyway, they should keep professional attitude toward all segments. What's wrong with them??

Emirates Airlines in Chennai, Tamil Nadu - Baggage lost by Emirates Airline

I traveled from Jeddah - Dubai - Hyderabad (India) on June 09th 2014, on a Umrah trip! I spent well. Myself arrived in Hyderabad Airport late night to chaos when it came to luggage retrieval. Went to BAGGAGE AT ARRIVAL!!! What a ***, I was only asking how long more after 2 hrs waiting. My bag was with all, important staff, memoirs, whatever from Makkah & Madina (Money will never replace it) was missing on the baggage belt. Raised complaint with airport department (reference file - *****41622) dated 09 June 2014 as of today they are still finding my bag, gave them pictures of the bag. I have to call these emirates and airport authority people n number of times daily but still same reply we are searching sir. Emirate airline is worse airline never travel from it.

Emirates Airlines in Dubai, Dubai - Ticket Cancelled even after onward journey has been done - Emirates Customer care not listening to the issue

I am writing to you to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with Emirates Airlines. In March 2014 I booked a Visit visa and flight ( CCU-DXB-CCU) from Emirates for my mother for travel on 12-May-2014. Ticket Ref. L7QGIJ. However due to some personal reason it appeared that she may not be able to travel , and hence I tried to see if I can cancel the ticket and take refund. I was aware that visa is anyway not refundable. I was also in India at that time, and my mother was to travel along with me to Dubai. I called them and to my surprise I was told the ticket was not refundable ( even though this ticket was booked at counter and not as any promotion ). I decided to try to raise the cancellation request online, thinking may be the online system would correctly inform if the ticket was actually non-refundable or not. But the online system simply took the request for cancellation, and I received a mail that the request will be processed. This request was raised on 11-May-2014. However, due to some change in situation, I decided to travel along with my mother, So I checked in online on 12-May 2014, and I was able to check in. Which meant the ticket was not cancelled. We comfortable travelled and reached Dubai on 13-May-2014, 1 PM ( EK573). After two days, i.e on 15-May-2014 at 5 PM I received a mail from Emirates stating that the ticket has been cancelled. I was really shocked and surprised, as to how can the ticket be cancelled when we have already travelled and are in Dubai. Since then I have tried everything, speaking and writing to their customer Service but I am told the same thing that nothing can be done now. Is this right on their part to cancel the ticket even if the onward travel has taken place, specially when the visa is also issued by them. Will really appreciate if you could help me in this matter. While I understand that one way ticket would be expensive, all I am asking is for a 50% refund on the ticket which costed me AED 1900, even though a new one way ticket from DXB-CCU is costing me more than AED 2000
