I had very bad experience with. Emerates , i had reservation to usa on 21/8/14 to usa starting from kuwait to Daubi then to Atlanta , i was shocked when they told me that my reservation was canceled and changed to jfk Ny after about 12 hours, my point that all this happen without telling me either by e mail or telephone, no respect to me or to my time

we have experienced the same thing but in our case it was the infant and it was around 2 days stranded on airport. I will appreciate if you cold provide with email contact of the customer service.

Emirates Airlines - Worse attitude in first class lounge

I was travelling on ek817 first class from Dubai to Riyadh with 2family members,and we polotely asked first class lounge if my brother who was travelling on another airline can join us,but thevstaff espicially Issam who claimed to be the manager were rude and aggressive and I asked for a manager and kept being brushed off ntil few minutes before departure a lady came and was polite and took my statment I cant understand them denying my brother acess to first class lounge while on all segments of our trip from Riyadh on passengers were upgraded to first class and acess to lonunge was denied

Emirates Airlines - Damage luggage

My dad and brother flew from Colombo to London on 6th August 2014 and my dad used a new luggage, which he used for the first time. When he collected the luggage from Heathrow, the luggage didn't have a single wheel or a handle and it was completely damaged and a bottled of perfume and a pickle were also broken inside the bag, this coursed the damaging of some of the items inside the bag including some clothes. We emailed emirates regarding this matter but we have not yet received an answer from them and today is 20th August 2014. Such bad customer service and we are very disappointed with Emirates. Will never use this airline or recommend in the future.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We too had very bad experience with Emirates.

My wife and kids are stuck in Dubai airport. My wife and kids are with boarding passes infront of gate. They did not announce the flight number nor passenger's name. 15 mins before my wife showed her boarding passes to enter inter flight.

They said boarding is closed and didnot allow them. Next 18 hrs it is a nightmare for my family. Finally we paid $800/- fee for each person (Total of $2400/-) to get the tickets. That too we got flight tickets to Washington DC.

I drove all the way to there and received them.

I gave a complaint to Emirates people, no body responding. I feel the most useless fellows are Emirates staff. They are careless, non cooperative, rude people. Do not expect any thing from them.

No body is willing to give senior management information.

Bottom line the top management also useless. They don't care.

Their customer service is "ZERO".

I never ever travel in Emirates. I will try to communicate my incident to every body.

It's the airport too the staff in check in need a lesson in customer service they should be monitored and evaluated on the job. Had bad experience coming into the country and even worse returning to Heathrow, they think they own the place, helped my wife move over alone and the guy started shouting who said you can do that you think this is your airport, mate I just wanna get out of this *** country and return back to mine.
