Shocked to see some of the comments abt emirates. i fly with emirates for last 5 years and a silver member. All the time i have seen sime passengers request lot from the cabin crew. We muat understabd one member has to service more tha 10 to 15 passengers while they do all other duties. Some passengers even get annoyed when they are asked to open the window for landing and ***. Some passengers forget what they have in the bag and put the bag to the over head cabin and then ask crew to get it just before ***. I dont see any decline in service of emirates and thanks to them they have most newest fleet in the world.

I 'lost' an expensive cardigan en route to Dubai. Not allowed back onto plane airside. Lost and Found at Dubai useless - just recorded loss - no attempt to retrieve my cardigan. Obviously taken by staff or thrown away. Despite many phone calls to Emirates by my hotel concierge - no info at all. Just suggested my cardigan may have been sent back to UK. When I returned to UK and enquired they said items 'NEVER RETURNED TO U.K.' And gave me e-mail address to to enquire. Did this - as I expected - no cardigan found. Hopeless - I presume my expensive cardigan has just been consigned to the rubbish or stolen.

Emirates Airlines probably spend more on marketing than actually training professional staff as they always overpraise and under deliver.

This is the 3rd bad experience I Have had with their rude and unresponsive staff and even worse the supervisors never ever can resolve any issues and simply repeat what the staff have repeated (thats the definition of a supervisor to them!)

Every once in a while and if you keep your head down and don't complain about the service, you might actually feel they gave you your moneys worth. But if you ever have a complaint, there is nothing democratic about this airline and they will bull and push you around until you wish you never complained at all. Two thumbs down

I have a 2ways ticket "San Francisco - Dobai - Sana'a - Dubai - San Francisco" vai Emirates Airlines, I'm now in Sana'a and I will go back to Dubai - San Francisco on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 but the Emirates Airlines office in Sana'a confirmed me that my hotel voucher in Dubai is cancel and I already payed for that !! So I demand that to solve this problem because my trip is too long and has many hours to spend in Dubai .

I have decided never to fly with Emirates again for the simple fact, you are treated like a piece of *** Plane is really too big and if you like flying with smelly people and arrogant flight atttendants, then you should go. Dirty in-flight magazines, TV not working, hair on blanket wrapped in foil, chair faulty (no recline). I made attempt to make contact on this with Emirates for 3 months in vein. They should work on the details and customer service. I hope they are better trained and if they treat you like this in a normal situation, I cannot imagine the response in an emergency. That was one round-trip experience. In the benefit of the doubt I booked again and due a business issue, I could not fly and cancel the booking. Because they have so many complicated conditions, they even do not know themselves what the fare conditions are. I get the minimum back at first (not sure based on what). Sending them e-mails and calling them for 5 months to get an explaination, I finally get another 30% back per ticket. They are thieves in my eyes. And not a note or a simple apology. I am sure 5 months interest on thousands of customers makes them pretty rich. I am a business executive with another 20 years to go in flying around the world. Good luck silly airline.
